How an obscure pastor created a national production that reaches tens of thousands
Beyond goal-setting, this is a first person account of the courage to abruptly change life’s direction multiple times. It chronicles Roger Fields’ unique journey with the ups and downs of doing things in an unconventional way.

What others are saying…
“This book is more than Roger’s story. It’s more than just memoirs of the journey. It’s a guide to rethink your choices, to refocus your steps and help you master the art of managing change. This is a book for fathers, it’s a book for leaders and a must read for those who are tired of the same old, same old. I highly recommend it.”
-Jim Wideman, speaker, author, Stretch
“The book is so great! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and God spoke loudly to me concerning some “jump the track” opportunities in my family’s world. I think lots of people will really relate to the tracks you have jumped.”
-Jenny Funderburke, Minister to Children, Westwood Baptist Church
“Ever thought about jumping off the track you’re on and starting down another? Every leader faces these questions. In this book, Roger does an amazing job sharing his story and challenging leaders to boldly go where God has called you to go. Be warned: Once you start reading, it will be hard to stop!”
-Ryan Frank, Executive Editor, K! Magazine
“…been reading Roger’s new book, and it is incredible. His heart comes through powerfully, it is honest, practical, challenging, touching, insightful, thoughtful… man, it just hits ya in the heart. Way to go Roger, it is a book that makes you stop and reflect a lot, besides just being filled with great tid bits of Truth.”
-Karl Bastian, Children’s Pastor, writer/contributor, president of Kidology.org
“I just read Roger Fields’ book over the weekend and loved it. Right book at the right time kind of thing. Really powerful.”

Roger lives on a small horse farm near Lexington, Kentucky with his wife, daughters, 4 horses, a cat and an overly affectionate dog. When he isn’t traveling, he enjoys a good bonfire in the backyard and eating Graeter’s ice cream with his family. Coconut Chip is his favorite…hint hint.
